With easy access to the I-15, Imperial MHP provides easy commuting to the greater Salt Lake area and the surrounding Utah Valley.
Our park includes a large clubhouse for hosting parties, family gatherings, and celebrations. Access to the clubhouse's swimming pool is available pending the submission of a waiver. More information on the pool can be found HERE.
The clubhouse also has three large waste management trash bins available for tenants’ use, along with weekly trash services provided. The park is also under 24 video surveillance for added security measures for our community.
