  • Our park managers are available Monday - Friday to assist with park needs. Please use the connected contact forms and phone numbers to schedule a time to meet. Our park is equipped with a secure drop-off bin that is available 24 hours.

Residency

  • You can apply by filling out our application form and dropping it off at our office at 1375 500 N, Provo, UT 84601.

  • Applicants must pass a background check, have a steady income, and provide references. Detailed requirements are listed on our application page.

  • Our park is open to all ages.

Rent and Fees

  • Monthly lot rent varies depending on the size and location of the lot. Please contact our office for current rates.

  • Additional fees may include utilities, maintenance fees, and amenities usage.

  • Rent is paid by check on the first of every month either during our scheduled collection period or by using our secure drop box.

Utilites and Maintenance

  • Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Park-provided utilities will be charged along with your monthly lot rent.

  • Residents are responsible for maintaining their mobile homes and the surrounding lot. The park management handles common area maintenance.

Amenities and Services

  • Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, and a playground. More details can be found on our amenities page HERE

  • Yes, pets are allowed. There are restrictions on the number and types of pets. Please review our pet policy HERE for more information.

  • Yes, we have surveillance cameras to ensure the safety of our residents.

Moving In And Out

  • After approval of your application, our office will provide you with a move-in checklist and schedule. You’ll also need to sign a lease agreement.

  • To terminate your lease, a written notice 30 days prior to vacating is appreciated.

  • Yes, you can sell your mobile home. The new owner must apply for residency and be approved by the park management before moving in.
